(LOS ANGELES) -- The Anti-Defamation League is set to honor members of law enforcement with the Sherwood Prize for Combating Hate Award this week.
During the ceremony, Detective Ray Webb from the LAPD Devonshire Division and Los Angeles Deputy City Attorney Ayelet Feiman will be honored for investigating and prosecuting a hate crime that took place last year. The juvenile suspects were sent to a teen court program and the mother of one of the juveniles was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The ceremony will take place at the Skirball Cultural Center at 2701 N. Sepulveda Boulevard. Photo opportunities and interviews will begin at 10:45 a.m., followed by the commencement of the event at 11:30 a.m. and the awards presentation at noon.
